Following Wendi's talk, today we did picture study (absolute success for older two kids) and a walk mid-morning (fail.) As we walked and they fell over, cried, whined, complained, fought, ran out of energy and demanded to be carried, etc I thought "but Wendi would be proud of me." It helped.
