Have you used the "Lost Password" option on the log in screen? If so, did it work for you?
If it didn't work, can you give us details please: what didn't work? What browser are you using, etc?

It worked for me, but that was years ago so may not apply.
I had a difficult time with it. I was using Chrome.

It worked just fine for me in Safari.

The link didn't work. I tried it three times, and the third time it worked.
