When I try to search only in the LD/SN sub-forum I get results forum wide. However, I tried limiting results to only a normal/public sub-forum and that worked. Help? I'm using Chrome on a Linux computer, if that helps.

Unfortunately, that's a known issue here. I did ask about it on the MyBB help forum a while back, and I don't think I got any answer, which is really rare there. I'll go revisit that....
