Each AO year has a schedule provided. The schedule is a list of assignments for each week. That schedule is also available as a chart in one of three file types. Two of those file types can be edited.

oooooohhh, there was an edit in the schedule that ended me up 3 weeks behind on watership down, is this thread to notify parents about such changes?
