Some exciting news today!

AmblesideOnline Educational Foundation officially presents "AmblesideOnline Poetry Anthology." These six different volumes correspond to the first six years of AO's poetry selections. They are available in paperback and Kindle (please note: two versions are lagging slightly behind: Volume 5 in paperback, and Volume 3 in Kindle are not quite ready, but hope to join the rest shortly), and you can find them on Amazon.

You may have noticed some changes in our poetry line-up recently. Those changes, along with notations, forewords, introductions, and individual poet biographies, all written by our AmblesideOnline Advisory, are a part of these six volumes.

To use our poetry selections on AmblesideOnline, you can always access our website, where everything continues to be free - and where everything will always be free! But if you would prefer to read our poetry anthologies from a book you hold in your hands, this is for you!

Question:  I can see I have a four subscription to this group, but I cannot click on and see posts there.  Suggestions?  Do I need to leave and re-request?  Something else?

I am wondering what this integral symbol at the end of this example on the AO9 page means please? I can't see it in the key.

The link connected with the title is not working.

I try not to use amazon as they barely pay tax in the UK, but there are some things, like Anne's Plutarch guides,  which I can't get anywhere else, so I'd love to help AO while buying.  However, the links from here are to amazon.com, and then I don't know how to get to amazon UK while staying in the ao session.  Is it possible to do this from here?

I see the link to AO's Amazon page here on the forum, but as I was searching the AO Home page yesterday I couldn't locate it.  Is there a way to place it on the Home page, too?  I would love to support AO in this way (even though I was only purchasing a Sketchbook).  Thanks!

It’s of AmblesideOnline’s poetry, volumes 1-6 (each volume corresponds to the revised poetry selections for years 1-6, as seen on our website).
We’ve made some changes, we’ve added some new material, and we’ve put it all together into six paperback books.

The Link to Jensen's Grammar for year 9 is a broken link. I think it is for some other years that recommend this as well. Jensen's Writing & Grammar are now sold under Masterbooks. Not sure how new this information is.  We are new to Jensen's program this year.

Does a $ link to these books at Living Book Press need adding to the book list?

I use the post editing feature quite a bit in book discussions. Right now, I need to update my intro post to the Joan of Arc discussion with the links to the newest posts. However, the "Edit" button has disappeared. I first noticed this a few weeks ago. I still have an "Edit" button on the new Joan of Arc post I made today, but it's gone from the post I made just two weeks ago, which also needs updating. Anyone know why this is happening and if there's a way to fix it?

I love the new site!  But I'm having issues printing directly from it.  Any way I change print settings it wants to cut off the last line of each page.  I will have to copy and paste into a document anything I need to print.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?  I'm not very tech-savvy lol.  Thanks!

The new geography page only discusses the yr 1-6 progression for geography. It used to have recommended geography books for the HEO. Did that go somewhere else?

Hi!, Just wanted to say that I love the new website, but unfortunately, I've already discovered a glitch.  On the AO Groups, the link for the Form 3C, Booklist always takes me to a list for From 3B.  I checked there, and alas, there is not a switcheroo going on, because From 3B has the proper info.  The link to the schedule for 3C is working fine!

Hoping it can be repaired soon with little trouble for you.  Then I can get on with my mad crazy planning!
