My type A personality is having a hard time jumping into the middle of a series... (Added context: I have a Y5 & a youngish Y4 and we are working through Publicola during Term 1 this year. I'm looking for what to do after that.) I'm glad I'm not the only one! I started with Publicola, then worked through Volume 1. I skipped to Volume 3 to do a life with Schole Sisters. Now we are filling in the gap with Volume 2. I hope to eventually get to them all as I homeschool over the next 10 years even if each kid doesn't read the whole cycle. The studies (and the volumes) do not need to be read in sequence, or completely finished. Do a few, do more if you can, do them all if you have time. But don't stress over it. |
