Private Messaging - enable message - Rice - 08-15-2012 When someone sends a Private Message, could they be warned (if they have Private Messaging disabled) to enable Private Messaging if they are wanting that person to reply to them? I received a PM but cannot respond because that person has PMs disabled. I was able to search for the user and respond to her Meet & Greet message, so I think it will work out, but a warning would make it much easier for someone who is wanting to help the original PM sender but doesn't have the time to send multiple messages/posts in order to respond privately. Thanks! Blessings, RE: Private Messaging - enable message - Phyllis - 08-15-2012 I don't know. It is each person's choice if they want to receive PMs or not. Did this person have email enabled? That would be another way to reach someone privately. Otherwise I think you just have to post out in the open and ask her to turn her PMs on. Or, if it's something really important, you could ask me to contact her for you. |
