Help with Avatar - Jodi-Marie Drehmer - 09-13-2012
I was attempting to add a picture that I had downloaded on my computer as my avatar and it keeps failing. The steps I am taking are to click upload picture on the change avatar page then I go to the My Picture folder on my HD, choose the picture, open it, the name of the pic shows up in the rectangle but then I was clicking "change avatar" button on the bottom of the page and I get a message that it failed. I must be doing something wrong but I can't figure it out. Thanks for the help.

Maybe it's too big (although it should be automatically resized) or the wrong format? Would you like to email it to me (fylliska@gmail.com)? I can just do it for you.
