There was someone selling books, but I couldn't reply to her posts. It said I was denied access, and gave me a link to send an authorization code, but then said I couldn't send the code. I just pm'd the seller instead, but wanted to mention for the future. Thanks!

Replies are turned off in that forum to simplify things and so that all business will be conducted in PMs.
