Testing the "Like" button - Phyllis - 08-02-2012

What do you think? Click "Like" if you like this! :)

It seems to be working. I'll just need to change the color. I'll make it smaller, too.

I would particularly like to hear from a mobile user. Sometimes we have problems with various devices when I install new plugins. Is everything still okay on your phone/gadget?

Works fine on iPad, Phyllis.

What? I can't believe it! LOL Good one!

Is the 'like' info logged somewhere else? What if 200 people 'like' the same post? Is there a limit to how many people show up at the bottom of a 'liked' post?

Oh wait... is that what that minus sign is for? O'tay. Got it.

Yeah what is that little "+" button between reply and report? Is it a way to save a particular post. That would be another great thing or a way to email a particular post to yourself (or Evernote in my case) for future reference.

It also shows up in the user's profile. Click on Jeanne's name or mine, and you'll see.

The little plus is for quoting multiple posts at once. Click it and then on the posts you want to quote from.

That's pretty cool Phyllis. Thank you for your hard work. So on the link you shared my original question, can you install both a "like" and a "thank you" button? I can see how both could be useful, but I also wouldn't want to clutter things up either.
