Where on my profile can I make my biography? I’ve looked on my profile settings but can’t see how. (I’m not very tech savvy. LOL)

The USER CP button should appear just under your user name, at the top of the screen when you're looking at the main forum menu. Click on that, and you will see a list of things that you can manage/modify: your "profile," and also your "signature," which is what appears at the bottom of all your posts. ("Mom of three plus a unicorn," that sort of thing.)

But it looks like you already have a signature--so are you looking for something different?

Go to UserCP, like Anne suggested.
Click on Edit Profile.
Bio is near the bottom on the left under Additional Information.
