Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/LD/special needs group help! 08-04-2015, 12:49 PM
I am trying to find and join the special needs group. I have cell phone access only. I am using a Droid if that makes a difference.

I'm not a techie for the forum, but can you access the User CP? That is where the option for joining the group.

You'll have to use the browser on your phone to access the forum, not Tapatalk. Go to User CP (in the menu at the top), then look for Groups on the left.

Once you have been added to that group, you can start using Tapatalk to access the forum.

Did you get in? Once you join from a regular computer, you'll be able to use it on your phone. If you never, ever have access to a computer at all, I can take care of it for you.
