Search Help

Hi, can someone better explain to me how to search in this forum. I was wanting to find some posts about the Year 4 geography book, "Material World." Here in the forum I searched for it (with quotation marks), but it pulls up a bunch of seemingly irrelevant threads, that, my guess is, having either the word "material" or "world." LOL. I searched on the AO Facebook page and it pulled up the sort of posts I was looking for, right off the bat. How do I use the search function on the forum to find what I want?

Are you searching through Tapatalk or in a web browser?

In Tapatalk, I usually try to search for only one word and in the specific subforum.

In the browser, I use the Search page. There I do also try to limit my search by subforum, but I think that search works better than Tapatalk and has more options.

I do think that we haven't discussed Material World much on the forum. Here's one old thread I found searching in Tapatalk (which works much less well than the browser search):

I am using a web browser. I wasn't limiting by sub-forums, but maybe I can try that in future. I just searched again just now and more relevant threads came up. I don't know why it worked better this time because I'm sure I wasn't seeing those before! Weird.
