Christmas Break 2014

Announcements/Christmas Break 2014
Dear Ambleside Online members,

This is a VERY important announcement, so please read!

The AO forum and Facebook group will take a restful Holiday Break beginning on Friday, Dec 19. We'll re-open the forum and Facebook group again on Charlotte Mason's birthday, Thursday, January 1. The forum will be closed to posting.

The CM method is about more than homeschooling; it's about life and relationships. We would like our AO family of members, moderators, Auxiliary and Advisory to step back from lessons and computers, and take time to savor the holidays with their loved ones.

Should you need AO information during the break, existing threads will remain available at the forum, and of course the AO website will remain up and running.

We encourage you all to explore AO's special Holiday pages during the break!

May you find time to reflect on the meaning of Christmas, enjoy time with those you love, and be refreshed as you anticipate the coming year.

We wish you a Merry Christmas!
Kathy

You mean like in the morning tomorrow? I thought we had through the 19th...

Mental adjustment. This is good.

Nope. Just tomorrow (the 19th). Phyllis usually does it pretty late and sometimes we get a reprieve until early on the 20th. Either way, this is still just a heads up.

Hahaha. Maybe we need to create a forum that is only open during the AO Christmas break as a support group to get us through. ;)[cheesy grin][:P cheesy, cheesy!]
