The footnotes jump from 11 to 14. Where are 12 and 13? Phyllis in Ukraine, with Jaan (AO grad), Raia (AO grad), Asya (age 17), Bogdan (age 13)

Hello, may I please make a suggestion for the AO4 story of man kind van loon footnote? Can you pls update it to indicate you need the edited by merriman edition, to match the AO6 footnote? Should they be the same book, if thats the option you need/want to use?
