Announcements/AO Forum: Closed for Christmas Break Dec. 20 2013-Jan. 1, 2014

Dear Ambleside Online members,
This is a VERY important announcement, so please read!
The AO forum and email list will take a restful Holiday Break beginning on Friday, Dec 20. We'll re-open the forum and email list again on Charlotte Mason's birthday, Wednesday, January 1. The forum will be closed to posting. Any messages sent to the email list during the break will not post, and will not be held in a queue to post when we go active again on January 1.
The CM method is about more than homeschooling; it's about life and relationships. We would like our AO family of members, moderators, Auxiliary and Advisory to step back from lessons and computers, and take time to savor the holidays with their loved ones.
For the benefit of anyone who might be starting homeschool for the first time right after the holidays, and those who have some other immediate need in order to begin their January term, the Question and Answer subforum will remain open. We ask that this venue be used during the break only for this purpose.
Should you need AO information during the break, existing threads will remain available here at the forum and the Yahoogroup, and of course the AO website will remain up and running.
We encourage you all to explore AO's special Holiday pages during the break!

May you find time to reflect on the meaning of Christmas, enjoy time with those you love, and be refreshed as you anticipate the coming year.
We wish you a Merry Christmas!

Hunter, I first read that as "Will PMS work?" and I thought, "Nothing stops PMS!"

LOL!
For the moment, the official answer to Hunter's question is....we don't know! How's that for an answer? We are waiting on the forum guru (*cough*- Phyllis!) to wake up and let us know if she knows.

No. With my Admin Powers Of Awesomeness, I'm shutting that down as well during the time when the forum is offline.
