Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/[split] Problems with Excel files 04-30-2014, 04:54 AM
I cannot seem to download the updated EXcel file where I can sort the booklist. Has anyone else had the same issue? Is there somewhere else to get it? I am hoping to sort it by 'grade'. Thank you!

I just tried to see if I could download it, and I was able to - it opened fine. I downloaded this file from this page:

Are you getting an error message, or is it not connecting, or is the file downloading but not opening?

Thanks Leslie. I can download but not open. It says "there was a problem sending a command to the program." I tried updating and restarting and I still can't get it to work. :-(
