What is the best way to do this? I remember reading to upload it to a particular site and then post the link, but I can't remember the details. I tried searching, but I must not be using the right words. Thanks!

Your choice of file hosting- google docs orDropbox are easy for files, usually. Then make it shareable (via a link or completely public) and share the link by copy and pasting it here.
