It looks like the chapter and verse numbers were separated between weeks 2 and 3, and then they're all off from there. Also, when I went to the weekly schedule, week 7 says "Proverbs 4:1-3," but from the grid it looks like it should be 1-13.
I fixed these on the charts, but they probably still need to fixed on the weekly schedule.
