hi. How do I remove a user from my Ignore List? Or is it even possible?

Go to UserCP. (You have to do this in a browser, not in Tapatalk. It's on the menu at the upper left.)
Go to Buddy/Ignore list. (On the left-hand menu)
You should be able to add and remove people from those lists on that screen.

I see how to add users, but not to remove them. There’s no button or anything that I can see...

Click on the little "person" icon next to the username. Then it will ask you if you'd like to remove the person from your Ignore list.
