M's Weekly Daily Schedule based on Ambleside Online Year 4

Our Year 4 Schedule. We're doing shorter days, but more of them - 42 weeks (instead of 36) plus 3 weeks of exams. It means we're schooling through the summer. Note that we have our homeschool co-op on Fridays, so we don't plan school then. We hope to finish in June in order to have time to do the same thing with Year 5. This year we're starting a Book of Centuries and "Commonplace" book for writing things down from the day's readings. The plan is to keep those handy during the school day. (Update: A 42-week schedule is working beautifully for us. Towards the end of the year, we scaled our individual days back even further by adding short school days on Fridays and Saturdays. That is working well, and we plan to continue 6-day weeks in Year 5. Miss M did not read Johny Tremain or The Incredible Journey.) View more of our daily schedules here.
