You can subscribe to threads, I believe but I'm not sure about individual posts/comments. It would be great if we could!

You can just save the web address for a certain thread or post. The thread address is in your browser address bar. Of you want to save a specific post, look for the # symbol (followed by the number) in the upper right-hand corner of the post. That is a hyperlink to that specific post.

Click the post number (top right corner of post) and then save it as a favorite on your browser.
