If you find a problem with one of the AO chart schedules, please tell us about it.

I'm having trouble with the .doc formatting of the Y5 chart. Term 1 looks perfect, but when I view terms 2 & 3 they're all on one table (not a separate one per term and separate for the readings vs weekly/daily work) that runs off the right side of the page. It might be a me-problem, but other years look fine on my computer, so I think it could be a formatting error.

I downloaded the .doc from the website just now, and I don't see what you're describing. So let me ask some questions to try to figure out how to resolve this for you. When did you download the .doc for Year 5? Did you get it from the website or from the forum? What are you using to view it?

I downloaded it just before posting this (tried several times) and loaded it into google docs. I tried both from the website and forum.
I'm not seeing a way to insert or attach and image, but maybe this will work: https://postimg.cc/XpHkXfYf

Yes, that worked! Let me try loading it in Google Docs to see if I can make that same problem happen here. Thanks!

OK, I see that what you are describing is definitely a problem. When I upload the file to Google Drive, it does the same thing for me. But I don't know why. What is displaying on Google Drive does not match what displays when the file opens in the Open Office program on my computer. I tried making some changes on the computer, saving, then loading to Google Drive again, but that didn't help. I will keep working on it.

Thank you so much! It helps to at least know I’m not crazy or doing something wrong.
I haven’t used open office before, but I’ll try it.

I think it's fixed now! I suspect Google isn't love the .doc format instead of .docx, but we continue to use .doc for the people who need the old format. So when you load it into Google Drive, you'll need to add in page breaks because those aren't coming through. I would actually convert it to Google Doc format right after uploading it, then work on fixing the formatting by adding page breaks and then adjusting so that each chart fits on its page. The formatting is fine if you open the .doc directly or if you open the .odt or the .pdf directly. The import into Google is removing the page breaks, and they're not going back in quite right. But you should be able to make it work.
