I haven't tried yet, but you should be able to open the ODT file format in sheets.
Edit: Tried, doesn't open ODT format, searching for other options for you.
I currently use LibreOffice, which is free software, to edit this file type.
Edit 2: If you go to Google Docs, you can click File > Open > go to Upload tab, and drop in the .doc file format of the schedule.
It's not Sheets, but it gets it editable in Google.
