I think it's fixed now! I suspect Google isn't love the .doc format instead of .docx, but we continue to use .doc for the people who need the old format. So when you load it into Google Drive, you'll need to add in page breaks because those aren't coming through. I would actually convert it to Google Doc format right after uploading it, then work on fixing the formatting by adding page breaks and then adjusting so that each chart fits on its page. The formatting is fine if you open the .doc directly or if you open the .odt or the .pdf directly. The import into Google is removing the page breaks, and they're not going back in quite right. But you should be able to make it work.
