I need to know who can, and who cannot, see the Hot Topics area. It's down in Amble Ramble, at the bottom.
It should be able to be viewed by anyone who is a Junior Member or Regular Member.

OH, that's another point. I'm asking about Hot Topics in the main part of the forum. I assume all the AO Students can see their Hot Topics because I don't think it's restricted at all for viewing, but if any AO Students *cannot* see that Hot Topics I want to know about it.
