Kathy, are the .doc and .odt downloadable grid schedules able to be edited by users for their own use? Can people paste in their own books if they swap a book, or re-work page numbers? I know you can't do that with a pdf.

I do it all the time with the doc files.

Year 4 does NOT allow editing, even when I save it to my own drive

Wait. You don't want to use the Google Drive copies from this thread. They were just test copies and haven't been updated. Download the .doc file from here:

Upload that to Google Drive if you want it on Drive, or just open it in your word processing software.

I use Google Drive for everything in our homeschool. I thought these were great!

I'm going to remove those Google files now so that no one is confused by them. They aren't being updated. I posted them just as a test to see how it worked.
