Okay, that was way too big. I'll have to figure out how to resize a phone photo.

What if you just want to include a picture of your schedule which could be attached as a Word file or I can take a picture of it and attach it as a jpg or something.  I don't have or use Shutterfly or any other online picture database.  Is that the only way???  I'm getting old.
