I have only done AO for two and a half years, so I am newish myself, but I would think the following might be good from my own experience on the CM learning curve especially if you have children younger than year 1:
Nature Study
Music Study
Atmosphere
Foreign Language
All of those topics are so different than a "normal" school paradigm. Or you could just stick with the year overviews as they will go into a bit of each of the subjects Ii would guess.

Really, we tried to be sure each timeslot had sessions that were practical, how to, as well as sessions that were more theoretical, why. Think about what you need more of, the how to or the why, and maybe that will guide you a bit. Or maybe you'd like a mix!
Thank you, girls! I really appreciate the feedback! I think anything I can get into would be great at this point. Haha
