Ugh I'm missing these!   I don't get on everyday, is there a list we can have in advance?

A list? We're not that organised. But it's also not that complicated: the general plan is one each Friday/Saturday, as long as we can keep up and until they're done. We have discussed some surprises, though; there is that. I already know that this Friday will have something special. If you subscribe to the announcements forum, you'll get emails for new posts.

I  initially ordered this on my iPad, but I cannot figure out how to download it. If I want to try to download it on my laptop do I need to re-order or is there another way to do that?

No, you don't need to reorder. You should have gotten a download link in your email. You can use that 5 times. Also, this page might help you:
