Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/Time to say goodbye to the Christmas banner?

Has anyone who is seeing the banner cleared their cookies and are seeing it after doing that?
I have checked on multiple browsers on mobile and laptop and don't see it. I have to clear cookies for work pretty regularly so it's possible that that is a difference.
