HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) isn't secure, while HTTPS (HTTP Secure) is. Having :443 and HTTPS:// are the same, while HTTP:// has (it's hidden, but it's still there) a :80.

I don't know where the settings are for any of this; probably on the control panel for amblesideonline.com. Definitely not in the forum settings. Edit: As far as I can tell, it would be at sso.godaddy.com. I have no idea past that; I think you'll have to contact Phyllis.
