Q2. When does the retreat begin and end?

A. Check-in is at 3PM on Thursday, with the first plenary session beginning in the Tabernacle at 4PM. The retreat will conclude at 1PM on Saturday.

You can cut and paste and email it to them and they can cut and paste and mail it in to the AOCampMeeting@gmail.com email address. You just need to supply their emails on your form. If you do not know their emails, you can send them within 24 hours of sending in your registration. It is all spelled out on the registration form. You will see it tomorrow when it goes live. I saw it early because I am a mod.

Hope that is clear. I just figured all this myself!

Yes! Thank you very much!!

You can register everyone in your room on the same form/email. So just the point person needs to fill out the email if you know your people's names and email addresses.
To clarify (I did read it several times and am still uncertain) - are linens provided in the lodge rooms?

So, so excited! Thank you, all the ladies who have worked so hard on this! :)

We've got three of us going from Southern Ontario, near London!

Haha. That’s so weird. Your handle makes sense - I guess you do live in CO. Maybe I got confused because you are friends with Silvia. At any rate, CO is lovely, and if I didn’t live in WI, that would be my pick. Happy that I will get to meet you irl next spring.

the linen package option is only if you are staying in the the bunkhouse. Linens are provided in the lodge rooms.

We are all excited with you!

I'm coming from Manitoba
Do you need to have a group to register for a room? Or can you register solo and just be matched up with whoever else happens to register?

If you wish to stay in a lodge room (hotel style) then you need to have roommates predetermined.

You can register solo for a bunkhouse however.
