Do you mean the Tapatalk app that people use to access the forum? I assumed people were getting it from Google Play store or the Apple place to get apps.

I tried signing in on the tapatalk app but it won’t recognize my password over and over again. I reset it but have not gotten the reset email still (tried many times). Is there a reason the app won’t sent that rest password email? Do any other teens use the app for their forum access?

Is the problem with your Tapatalk account or your forum account?

If it's your forum account, email aoforum@amblesideonline.org to have the password reset.

It only shows forums you join.
