Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/Looking for the learning disability/dyslexia forum!
11-19-2022, 02:26 PM
Hello! I saw on the AO Facebook group that there is a section of the forum devoted to families schooling with learning differences, specifically dyslexia. I am doing a bit of research and looking for insight on whether I should get my daughter assessed/evaluated. Can someone please direct me there?
Thank you so much!

Hello! I came across this forum through the AO Facebook group. I’m a parent of a bright, creative child who was recently diagnosed with
hereditary dyslexia, and we’re in the process of adjusting how we approach learning at home. I’d love to connect with other parents who have experience using AmblesideOnline with dyslexic learners. If someone could point me toward that section of the forum, I’d really appreciate it. Looking forward to learning and sharing with this community.

Welcome! You'll just need to click on your 'User CP (Account Settings)' in the upper left of your screen, and once there you'll find the 'Group Memberships' section on the lower left under the 'Miscellaneous' heading.

Thank you, Jess! This not-so-techy mom appreciate the clear directions. Found it right away!
