I think we are going to build a closed terrarium the first week of school to go with A Drop of Water.

That would be so much fun! My kids would love this, how are you doing it?
And I'm glad to have permission to pre read a drop of water with the kids before school starts they will be excited, as I told them we must wait until school begins.
Thankful wife and mother of 7, Dd13 in y8, DS 11 in y6, dd 9 in y4, and ds 7n y1, and a 5 year old and 2 year old and baby thrown in the mix.

You know those ginormous plastic containers that cheeto-like puffed cheese balls come in? My friend brought me one and we punched a few small holes in the plastic lid to make our terrarium. Works like a charm!

Oh, wow! I found a really cool resource to go with the bubble section. Tomorrow the kids are going to make bubble wands with pipe cleaners. Over the weekend, I'm going to PLAY and see if I can figure out how to make square and cube bubbles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5D1_zYOqAc
