Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/"view new posts" not working?
01-14-2013, 10:41 PM
When I click on the 'view new posts' tab, I get this response:
"Sorry, but no results were returned using the query information you provided."
Since I haven't logged on for a few days, I'm sure that can't be right

That is weird. I'll look at it. What could be happening, is that it has "forgotten" already for you. Did you happen to look at new posts right when you logged in, and then you came back to them? If so, it will already be showing you that there's not anything new. For that reason, I don't like "New Posts" that much myself. I prefer to look at "Today's Posts."

I've had that happen too. Now I just go through the main interface.

What if you click on "View Today's Posts"?

Thanks everyone! I only check in every few days, which is why I always use the 'view new posts' option. I've never had a problem before, and it worked for me this morning. Must just have been some kind of glitch, I guess
