Story of the World is used in Years 5 and 6. On the master booklist, the Year column says "Year 5, 6" for that book.
Story of Mankind says "Year 4, 5, 6".
The booklist page on the website is probably easier to work off of if you're trying to gather books for a single year.

Unknown to History by Charlotte Yonge has moved to Year 8 instead of Year 3. Year 8 has been listed as an option, but now it's official.
A Book of Golden Deeds has moved from Year 4 (Groups 2A) to Year 7 free reading.
Moved At the Back of the North Wind from Free Reading in Year 3 and Form I A, B, C to Free Reading in Year 5 and Form II A, B, C.
Together Alone was removed from Year 12 free reads.
