Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/too many auto-subscribe posts to follow, how to unsubscribe

Hello!
I have been on the forum since its inception. I needing to unsubscribe to many of the posts. Is there a way to unsubscribe to everything all at once, and then be able to go back in and find the subforums that I want? And even the few posts that I still want to follow.
I am also planning to be much more careful about which posts I choose to follow.
