Hi Everyone!!
I'm super excited about attending the conference. I'll be flying in around 8:00-8:30am Thursday morning and renting a car if anyone needs a ride. Would love the company. I know, it's crazy early.

Of course. But if what you are asking is if there is a separate, one day fee, then I don't think so. But of course if you can't make every moment of the event, that is fine...

I was wondering if whole families can come to the camp but not attend the conference. I was tossing around the idea of my husband and kids coming but wasn't sure how that would work. If so, not sure how pricing would work for that?
Hey, if other families who weren't all participating were also coming, it could be cool to do some group activities like nature walks or something.
I think you could get an RV and let them stay there for 40$ each night
Nursing babies are free, but my understanding is that any family member who stays in a room has to pay because AO is charged as if they are a conference attendee - because it's a retreat location, Lakeview sees attendees as people who use the premises and facilities - regardless of whether they attend the sessions or not - so to them any family members are considered attendees.
I have registered! A couple of friends and I are going to be driving from Northeast Louisiana along I-20 and we have 1-2 more seats available if anyone needs a ride.
ETA: one of us has a 15 passenger van, so we have room for up to 12 if we need that space!

You may begin arriving on Thursday at 1 pm. Scheduled activities will begin about 4 pm. (Still working that part out.)
We will finish at 1 pm Saturday.
We encourage you to work together to share transportation to and from airports.
Both DFW and Love Field are good choices.
