I don't know! We haven't planned that out specifically, and so I don't know for sure who will have books and for how much. $100 would be more than enough. $50 might even be plenty.
I would be happy to help research and implement session recording if help is wanted. I don't really know what the process is but I have several friends who have been involved in conference session recording at large events and I know I could get some direction from them. If you want me to get on board, you can message me here or kimberly.rotter@gmail.com.
We have reached our upper limit for the conference, so we are no longer taking registrations.
Quick question- if we're not listed as quadrupl'ing (sp?) a room- but only list 1 roommate, will we still be put with 2 more people? I'm not keen on sharing a bed:/

Nobody is quadrupling in a room (sharing a bed) who didn't specify that they wanted to quadruple. We were able to take more than 200 because we had more people commuting than we expected.

So I'm safe to only have a room with the roommate I listed?

Yes. Two to a room (one to a bed) is the typical set-up, and we did our preliminary registration based on that. Between a few who wanted to save money by tripling or quadrupling in a room, or who are commuting, we were able to take more than 200 people.
How do I know who my roommate is?

Assigning rooms (for those who didn't arrange to share a room with a specific friend) is the next thing on our agenda now that registrations are done. I'm about to send out an email, and I'll try to match people up based on their responses to that.
