If I can request prayer for this. I live in Peru. I was just discussing a U.S. trip for this year with my husband. I checked out the dates again today for the conference and this is what we were planning for our U.S. trip. I mentioned the conference to my husband and he is supportive. Some details have to fall into place since April 10 is the deadline to register. I would LOVE to attend this conference. If someone out there would pray that the door would open wide for me to attend; I would be most grateful

I am in Chicago and hoping to come as well. (alone) I just looked at flights.  Are you flying on Spirit?

Yes!  Flying out of ohare at 9:15 Thursday morning and returning Saturday leaving DFW at 4:30.
Hotwire has rental cars for about $70. So glad to know another chicago lander who's coming!

My kids are similar ages to yours as well.  DD 9, DS 7, DD 5, DS 3.  We are doing year 1 together while finishing up our year with classical conversations then next year we will just do AO.

I just booked a ticket from Connecticut going through Baltimore and landing at Love Field on Thursday at 11:25. My return flight leaves Saturday from Love Field at 5:05.
I haven't booked a car and was thinking I'd love to share that with someone.
And now that I'm typing this, I wonder if we (I) should start a new thread on conference travel arrangements so that we could all help each other out by coordinating rides/car sharing?
Just not sure where to put that thread so conference attendees would see......(I'm definitely newer to posting in forum). Perhaps this post can be moved and we can start that thread??

Is anyone coming from Atlanta?

I get into Dallas around 12:45pm Thursday and leave Dallas around 8:30pm Saturday. If someone wants to rideshare with me that would be wonderful! I am SOOO excited!!!!

Hey guys, I fly for Spirit airlines, I can't really get free passes for anyone and we do charge for bags, but fares are very affordable. If you are going to check bags please pay for them online as soon as you book your ticket. Do not wait until you get to the airport or worst of all the gate to pay for bags (that's $100). Pack your snacks, and buy a drink before you board, pay the small fee for a big front seat and you will have a nice experience on Spirit and still save a lot of money overall.

I really hope to be at the conference in May, but I won't know my schedule until April 16th, will that be too late?

Check out the rates on Spirit, they fly out of Lima.

I just signed up for the conference and wouldn't mind sharing a bed with someone as long they don't use any perfume or strong smelling deo. I like things natural. Thanks, Friederike

Just wanting to ask if I can come early Friday morning to the conference and stay until it is over.  So I will be staying only one night and eating meals Friday and Saturday--any discount on price or do I need to register and pay the full $350?  Thank You!
